Please note that although every effort is made to photograph our prints accurately, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of them. Please contact us with any questions about the colours before purchasing.

SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

We aim to provide you with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure our secure transfer to us. The records of all activities you undertake or record using our website will remain strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to our employees and contractors to fulfil your order. We do not disclose any information to third parties. We respect your privacy and personal information and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We may use your email address to send our email newsletters and other announcements regarding promotions and new prints releases. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please contact us.

We only collect personal information when you knowingly provide it. Personal information is collected in several ways, including directly from you over the phone, via email, within marketing activities and invitation responses, and when you submit information to us through our website.

We acknowledge and respect an individual's choice to opt-out of our direct marketing communications and activities. All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unclear about any aspect of these terms, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing an order. 

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All printed are limited editions; this means when an edition is sold out it will not be printed again. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

We ask that you take the time to carefully make your decision as we are not able to offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence to support your claim and we will arrange a replacement. Inquiries regarding replacing a damaged print must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that replacements will not be issued for prints that have been damaged after delivery due to mishandling. Please refer to our handling recommendations here.

Please respect our IP rights. We will protect our IP and will take action to prevent the unauthorised use of our IP.
